FAQ’s

What is hot stamping?

Hot stamping is a custom technology that uses magnesium dies or letters. The dies are inserted in our hot stamping machine and heated. The dies are then brought into contact with metallic ribbon which melts into the presentation folder creating a beautiful imprint.

Can you personalize our logo?

Yes. Many or the custom folders we provide have the customer logo imprinted on the cover. We need a black and white version of the logo emailed to us to make the magnesium hot stamp die. There is a one time fee to make the die which varies based on its size.

How long to ship presentation folder orders?

Most orders ship in 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your order. It does depend on how busy our production schedule is and also on whether your order requires a hot stamp die to be made or whether you are using our type.

Can orders be expedited?

Yes. The fee to expedite orders varies on the situation. We try to meet event dates without charging any expedite fees if we can. If we have to do a rush order, the fee can range between $25 and $100 to rush it. Rush orders are only accepted if we are able to manage it professionally in our production area.

How are orders shipped?

All presentation folder orders are shipped using UPS ground.

Can I get other folder colors?

Yes. But it will probably cost a little more. Our stock colors are manufactured in high volume which allows us to pass on a great price to you. If you would like another color, we can manufacture custom folders with your imprint, but the price will be higher since a special run will have to be made with your unique color paper.

Can I order folders with expanded spines to hold more information?

Yes. We custom quote requirements needing expanded spines on a case by case basis. This is common in real estate or tax folders where large packets of information is put into the pocket folders.

Can I order folders with a window?

Yes. We quote these folders on a case by case basis. We need to know the size of the window and its positioning on the presentation folders.
